The kitchen window. Add width (34) + height (34) = 68 United inches
Front twin. Add 30 + 72 + 30 + 72 = 204 United inches

272 UI x $2.50 = $680 cost of windows
$125 install per window = $375

Appox cost $1055 + profit

Maybe a $50 to $75 measure fee

These estimates are for a decent very energy efficient Simonton ProFinish single hung window.

Get in the yellow pages and call 3 or 4 companies out. Lowes has an ok Pella for what you are looking for. Home Depot has Simonton, but will be a tad high on the price. Probably @ $6.75 per UI x 272 UI = $1836

Stay away from mom and pop homemade windows. The window business is experiencing unseasonably slow times right now because the real estate market is in the shitter. Good time as any to buy...
