I didn't see this thread until now. I went with a small company called CRSI, they deal in Simonton windows exclusively. Joe Tichenor is the owner, a very nice guy and very low key.

The cost was about $5400 for 17 windows. They are double pane vinyl windows and seem to be very good quality. I've had them about 2 years now and no problems. His crew showed up and installed all the windows in about 5 hours. I didn't pay anything until the job was complete, they didn't even want any type of deposit.
